I have bought a number of products from this place. At least six Gen 4 Apple TVs and several Sonos speakers. All the Apple TVs didn’t work due to being locked from factory reset (known OS issue). A simple drive to Apple Store in GreenHills, I walked out with six brand-new in-the-box devices. One Sonos was perfect and one was defective. Sonos asked for the serial and sent me a brand new one. Some of you say it’s a scam – nah. Just take a moment and think about how you treat devices or why you may return something to a big box store or Amazon. Most of the big companies will replace them as they are still under warranty.
